"It was a nice hotel with a perfect location, but they did not want to give us any upgrades or any extra benefits are being a member. The air conditioner was broken and we had to call for service several times did not fix the problem. Eventually, on our last night got fixed and they gave us free breakfast to compensate. I wish that was offered by them rather than us asking for it. "

It’s in a very central area so I can always go get what I need quickly. There’s plenty of food and shops nearby. There’s a bus stop and subway station within a couple minute walking distance. Hands down a great place to stay. "

"Overall an acceptable hotel. The room we booked was listed by Expedia as "Traditional Room, 1 Queen Bed, Non Smoking, Refrigerator" . It turned out that Traditional meant no chairs and no desk space. We had to pay more to upgrade to have chairs in the room. Then the upgraded "non-smoking room" smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Third try on the room was fine. Expedia should mention when a room has no chairs or desk space. "

They deal attendant gave us earbuds in case of loud plane volume but my wife and I didn’t need them at all. The room got cold and was very dark for ease of slipping into a great rest.
