"Hotel is safe and clean, but room is very small. Below are arcades and entertainment areas, a lot of youths seem to hang out here and leave litter around. Stations are 10-15 min walk away but there’s bus limousine nearby to and from airport, very convenient. Food options around the hotel are great as well. "

The hotel provides what you need if you’re the kind of traveler who is going to be out and about exploring Tokyo for most of the day: comfortable bed and clean shower. Breakfast is not provided, and they have a somewhat strict cleaning policy that was not clear to me at check in.
