"Perfectly placed for Shinjuku Station (5 minutes walk) and plenty of restaurants and bars, but on a quiet side street. We had a corner superior twin room, which was comfortable and spacious...they push 2 beds together if you want a double. Staff were all ourstanding, friendly, polite and went out of their way to help us find restaurants, get taxis etc. Highly recommended, would certainly be our first choice if we were passing that way again."

"LOVED this hotel! Great location a few minutes away from Shimbashi station with access to JR, Tokyo metro stations and a close walk to Ginza area. You’re always going in the opposite direction so much easier to navigate the crowds when going out to visit sights etc. One of the famous convenience stores of Japan - Lawsons is right across the street for ATM use and food, drinks and snacks etc. Excellent service at the front desk and dining room - always helpful and responsive. Great breakfast...

"Stay was great but the hotel was difficult to find. Lobby on the 5th floor of Mark Center with tiny signage. Staff wonderful once the hotel was located. "

"Lovely quiet hotel in the center of Tokyo. Our room was so cool, comfortable and peaceful. Quick access to Shinkansen and metro (access from inside Sapia Tower). Wonderful kind staff who couldn’t do enough for us. "
