"Ventilation in the basement is very bad. 5 people in our room had to sleep with our door open. The employees are fantastic the owner (rich guy lives in Florida) needs to spent some money."

"This is my 3rd time staying at this apartment and I think it would be hard to find better value in central London. The rooms are equipped with the basics, a few pieces of cutlery, a chopping board, plates, hair dryer. Having a kitchenette is great and you are close to a Waitrose for groceries if you need. Very basic soap and shampoo but adequate. No daily room cleaning. Bed was comfortable! Given the location, the cleanliness and the price tag, I am always happy with my stay here. This time, the service was a bit hit-or-miss, depends who you get at the desk. They didn’t have any towels to give us when we asked. And the outer door of the building did not lock securely. Those are my only complaints! "
