"The staffs are very friendly. The Check-in went very smoothly. The breakfast provided has all varieties of food to give the day a good start. Last but not least, it is within walking distance to many attractions & the British Museum is just 5 min walk away! "

"Excellent location opposite St Pancras/Kings Cross and great value considering, room was good, individually furnished albeit very dark but hey that’s personal taste! The only downside I would say is the noise but that’s central London for you, probably limited more the hotel can do in terms of soundproofing "

"Proximity to the station. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Room on the small side (as indicated on website) which made shaving/showering slightly difficult. Bathroom lighting meant the mirror was mostly in subdued light so difficult to shave."

"The room is quite small, but doesn’t affect our stay very much as the purpose of our trip is sightseeing. The best of this hotel is location, location and location. It is just walkable few minutes to tube, national railways and Eurostar stations; all three stations we used in our stay."

"This is my 3rd time staying at this apartment and I think it would be hard to find better value in central London. The rooms are equipped with the basics, a few pieces of cutlery, a chopping board, plates, hair dryer. Having a kitchenette is great and you are close to a Waitrose for groceries if you need. Very basic soap and shampoo but adequate. No daily room cleaning. Bed was comfortable! Given the location, the cleanliness and the price tag, I am always happy with my stay here. This time, the service was a bit hit-or-miss, depends who you get at the desk. They didn’t have any towels to give us when we asked. And the outer door of the building did not lock securely. Those are my only complaints! "
