The only downside I would say is the noise but that’s central London for you, probably limited more the hotel can do in terms of soundproofing "

"Proximity to the station. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Room on the small side (as indicated on website) which made shaving/showering slightly difficult. Bathroom lighting meant the mirror was mostly in subdued light so difficult to shave."
