"Great stay in Lucerne. Beautiful hotel and wonderful service. We booked a day trip from the front desk to Mt Pilatus which was very memorable. The room and the view from the balcony was incredible. Breakfast was flawless each morning with dedicated service to make the stay special. "

"We were very pleased with this hotel choice. It was very close to the train terminal and in a nice location. We were greeted enthusiasticly and all our questions were answered in great detail. We had a cozy room which was a good size, not small at all, just the bathroom was small. Lastly, the included breakast was amazing. Delicious, fresh and a large variety of fruits, breads, etc. I would come again. It was a good value. "

Its old world charm is certainly a draw but for those looking for modern amenities, such as outlets in the room or safety features, this is not for you. There is a step up into your room as well as a step down into the bathroom & a high tub to step over to take a shower. A dangerous situation esp if you use the BR at night.
