I could not give the house a higher rating due to the fact that for the price I paid which was much more than I’ve ever spent on a rental place, I expected everything to be in pristine shape. "“Just Beachy” was everything we were looking for this spring break. Clean, convenient, well equipped and super cute. After a minor glitch at check in and with VRBO everything was resolved and we had a fabulous time. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Melbourne Beach, Fl!"
