「Great pool and close to beach」

「The property was old, outdated, balcony faces concrete wall & basketball court, unit reeked of cigarette smoke , furniture was worn. Nothing to like about unit. 」

「Location is spot on! However, the unit itself is small and out dated. There were two of us and we were on top of one another. It said it was an efficiency, but was really a small hotel room. We had friends that stayed in the unit next door and it was on point in the updates and use of space. It was a true efficiency with a small kitchen, updated bath and better use of space with one king bed instead of two queens.」

「Great location, right on the beach! Property was very clean and well kept. It was especially nice that the owner provides beach towels, chairs, umbrella, etc so if you are flying in, you do not have to worry about any of those things. Plenty of other extras in this condo made our stay so convenient such as trash bags and detergent, we didn't have to go out and buy all of those things. The basket of goodies on the counter was especially nice!! We would definitely return to this condo!! Excellent...
