「This was our 2nd time staying here and it was just as good if not better than the 1st time. The location is great! We were there for Memorial weekend so it was a little busy but if you are good with walking parking isnt a big deal. Place is clean, host is awesome and super close to main strip on Balboa. 「We had a great stay in this house! It was just a few blocks from the beach! It was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 5. It’s in a clean and safe neighborhood. We had a private carport to use, which was so nice to not have to worry about parking. We cooked several meals in the house and it had sufficient cookware. 「The place was just what we needed! The perfect beach apartment. Loved being so close to the water, grocery store, pier stuff. We'd come back in a heartbeat.」

「The place is cozy and worked out just fine. We had some issues getting the door to unlock and no one was answering out calls. Luckily after about 20 minutes it finally worked. We didn’t hear back from the hosts for over an hour and that would have been a long time to be chilling outside. Garage was good for out car.. had a hard time finding the trash bins. Was not just us. Lots of people wandering around trying to figure out where they were. There wasn’t a manual that we could find in the place...

「This may not apply to everyone, but we stayed here for 2 nights and while the location was perfect, the WiFi was atrocious. The TV would often disconnect, as would our phones. But, what was worse was that I was trying to work from the property for a couple of days and the WiFi wouldn't connect or when it did it was so unreliable to make attending meetings impossible. A very frustrating experience. I tried all of the backup WiFi networks the property manager suggested and none were any...
