"Overall it was great, however the first place assigned to us was nice except the carpet was filthy. We were moved to second place after complaining, were assigned different accommodations and they were excellent. A pleasure working with Patty to resolve these issues."

"We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to stay anytime we're in the area. The home is set up very nicely and was well equipped with almost everything we needed. We did have to buy some coffee for the coffee maker as there was none. The laundry facilities were great. The only downside was that the floors weren't clean. There were hairs and loose fuzz, etc from the people before us. Everything else was spotless though."

"There were sunflower seed shells all over the deck that we swept. I had to turn the gas on and light the pilot to use the fireplace. I tried to fix the box spring it wont tay on one side of the frame."

"Love the place very cute. It is a dog friendly place I don’t have dogs if you don’t have dogs or don’t mind the barking it’s a great place. On my last night a puppy was barking and howling all night made it difficult to sleep but it’s what you get at a hotel like this. Still give it 5 stars!!"

"Such easy access to the spectacular nearly vacant beach. Despite us hearing about Bandon leash law no one had their dogs leashes. They were free to play. The unit was clean and the bed comfy. Wonderful up to four dogs are allowed. Met the wonderful owners who just happened to be visiting the area. Washer dryer was great. Water pressure fabulous and the only thing missing was some coffee filters but we left a bunch for the next few renters."

"Excellent location and ideal for a small getaway. Had a blast staying here, the view with a cup of coffee in the morning is hard to beat. Jacuzzi and tea in the evening was our go to. Beach Access is super easy and a major plus to this place. Apartment was clean and had all the essentials. Derek was super responsive and helpful. We will be back!"

"This was our second time staying here, and it's just lovely, suits our needs perfectly. We noticed a few improvements this year, new countertops, paint, and decor - keeping it fresh! We had difficulty with communication from the management company, both when we locked the keys in the unit (figuratively - it was the phone with the door code and instructions) and when we wanted to see if the unit was available to extend our stay an extra night - we didn't hear back until more than 2 weeks had...
