"The property is close to terminal 5 with access via the heathrow pod (which is a lot of fun) Its clean and fine for an overnight stay. We arrived late and left early but the beds are comfortable, block out curtains worked well, there is no lift at the hotel so mindful you have to carry your own bags up stairs"

"Excellent hotel! Spacious rooms, daily cleaning service, all the staff very friendly. Only in the bathroom you could see rusty parts that made it feel dirty but it was clean. The bathrooms needed an update. The breakfast buffet was very complete and delicious. We really enjoyed the bar and the music show at night. Excellent location with plenty of shopping and transportation options. "

"Perfectly positioned for the tube and shops. Staff incredibly helpful and breakfast choices were endless, catered well for gluten free. Unfortunate only half of the lifts were working so long waits but will definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to the tube as well as shops, restaurants and conveniences. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The AC was not working in the rooms and so it was very warm at night. The breakfast is also overpriced so we opted to grab coffee and croissants across the street. Definitely recommend though."
