"Hotel property and service staff were excellent. Unfortunately even after providing my credit card at check-in I was not allowed to charge to my room (very annoying). Also the HVAC in the room was pre set not to go below 24C and the room fan did not operate consistently for the week which I believe was an electrical wiring issue.
