“My family of 4 had a great stay at Rick’s home. The duplex had everything we needed for our visit. The beach chairs, umbrella, and shark tooth sifter were a huge bonus. Downtown was an easy walk and there is a park at the end of the street that the kids enjoyed. The beach wasn’t walkable for us due to the amount of stuff we had. As others have stated, the neighborhood is nice and quiet.”

“Everything about this stay was perfect! Located in a quiet, gated neighborhood. The home is beautifully decorated and is supplied with everything you need. Our host was very helpful and answered our questions quickly. The location is ideal, with a short drive to many fun-filled things to do. We enjoyed Downtown Wellen Park, Snook Haven, Beaches, Downtown Venice for some shopping and dining. We ventured out to Sarasota; which has so much to see. “Such a nice low-key place for my family. Quiet, secure, clean and near the beach. Certainly a bit older (I felt like I was in an episode of golden girls :) but clean, spacious, and everything in working order. Front office staff was very helpful and friendly. They had cruiser bikes for use and strainers to find shark teeth at the beach. Fantastic value for me and my family. Earlier in the week we stayed at a very high-end hotel in Orlando, however my kids all vote for us to go back to……
