“This hotel has a very nice view and is a great choice for shooting or watching the stars. Their service staff is very friendly and will assist you very well with things to do at the top of the mountain to fix inconveniences. The rooms are slightly smaller than similarly priced hotels, but I think the starry sky at night definitely makes up for it, and the balcony on the side of the house offers a great starry sky experience. “Property need revamped, cracked stirs, no pool access, gaps in the door seal letting lots of air from outside in, AC was loud and didn’t work well, no fire or o2 detector, internet was patchy. It was as clean as it could be based off the property condition. Staff was friendly.”

“OK. I really liked the place for it's Quirky vibe. Endearing. But was never personally greeted by anyone. Remote check in only. I arrived a little after 6 pm so....? And contrary to the prior reviews, no one had a beer or snack available. Nice to have, but not needed. Bar never opened. The room was clean and the bed comfy.... Once I got in. The lock and key had to work it out between themselves (old school key on hotel fob) which took a minute. No guidance on location to find food but……

“My husband & I wanted to visit Mesa Verde so we looked for properties in the area. We read about Mancos, so we looked at the Mancos Inn as well as other locations; we decided on the Inn! We were very happy with our decision! We stayed in room 1 which had exactly what we needed including a private bathroom. We could also use the kitchen & grill on the property. “This is for the people who rely heavily on reviews: BEAR WITH ME. Let me preface by saying I’m not a nit picky kid. I’ll sleep wherever as long as I have a bed and running water. I just have observations. First the good stuff: It has all of your basic hotel needs - a fridge, desk, water cups, coffee, extra towels, etc. It’s connected directly to the gas station which is nice and it’s out of town and away from noise but still completely walkable by a few minutes.
