“We were a bit confused by this hotel. This is a luxury boutique hotel that didn’t really feel like a luxury hotel. The staff were nice which is expected but didn’t go out of their way for us. The location is excellent and our room had a beautiful view of the Portofino piazza but the windows all had signs saying “please keep windows closed”. Our room furnishings were standard. The hotel is very loud. We were above the restaurant and could hear the music all day and we could hear people in the……

“Do NOT stay here. It is not a 4 star hotel. Not even close. There was so much mold in our bathroom. It was shocking. Especially because house keeping allegedly cleans everyday. So how is mold not called out?? The walls are also PAPER thin. We were able to clearly understand what people were saying through the walls. No privacy and no sleep.
