「We loved the outdoor soaking tub, sauna and the cold plunge. They have a beautiful fireplace and relaxing lounge area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Next time we want to rent the e bikes.」

「Everything is fine 」

「酒店坐落位置稍微有点偏，但是入住很方便，office 24小时提供服务。房间非常宽敞。入住体验很棒！」

「Had wonderful stay with family and friends overseeing hood river. Awesome swimming pool , very relax and enjoyable」

「The landscape after the window is opened is beautiful like a painting, you can see the train, bridge, snow, mountains, and boats. The pool is great and the hot pool is nice. The downside is that you can hear footsteps from upstairs on the lower floors.」

「Very good👍」

「I am never one to leave a “bad” review since many of the complications with my hotel stay were out of the staffs hands however there were several things that could have been handled much more professionally. In the late evening of my one night stay at the Hood River Hotel a guest became intoxicated and belligerent. This guest approached me in the hallway, acting confused and aggressive. At 12:45 AM I woke to very loud cursing and police involvement in the hallway near my room on the 3rd floor....

「Everything was great, just don’t forget to ask to ask for check in instructions before they close their office in case of a late check in. The number I kept trying to call said the office wasn’t closed yet but nobody was picking up, and they were about to close. I had to get in contact with Expedia they helped me reach a different number just on time.」

「相当不错的酒店，周围景观，房间，设施等都很满意。」

「Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the most amazing time at the Stairway to Heaven home in Govt. Camp. The house fit our family of 7 comfortably and had everything we needed for the few days we were there. Would highly recommend the home to others!」

「Great for large groups. Lots of room and bathrooms」

「The pictures were quite accurate and the cabin is absolutely gorgeous. When the dishwasher accidentally broke between cleaning and our arrival, the hosts were quick to try and solve the problem. Some of the furniture is looking a little worse for the wear: most of the couches in the main living room are sagging and need to be replaced. Wifi didn't work most of the weekend and the game chest was pretty bare. Seems like the place just needs a little refresh!」

「Overall a great stay. Communication was subpar, hard to reach the host. Had to reach out several times to figure out check in instructions and plan. Also, a lot of things for checkout we had to do and also an early check out as well. Beautiful location and good vibes all around other than that.」
