“Staff are nice, breakfast is decent. Room definitely needs some improvements such as changing those broken blinds and broken floorings that they only covered with a thin rug.”

“The room was large and very clean. Everything seemed to be in good condition. Spent more for the room than I normally would but it was well worth it. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to see the Ark Encounter.”

“The toilet was clogged and when we notified staff they stated we could plunge it ourselves because maintenence and housekeeping would not be there for over an hour. The treadmill and bike in the fitness room do not work. The breakfast was not very good, eggs were watery and sausage didnt taste right. If you just need a place to sleep its fine.”

On our last day, the breakfast was delayed in opening because of a staffing issue, but the front desk staff handled it really well. Good variety at breakfast and nice common area near the lobby to play games with our family. We would stay there again.”
