「Amazing hotel with amazing staff. Restaurant for dinner is egregiously priced, my only grievance. Will stay again!」

「Beautifully set in the Tuscan hills, it’s always my favourite place to stay when working in Italy The rooms are well kept the beds are comfortable and the pillows are honestly superb!」

「Very lovely place. The pool was nice, very clean, and we often had it all to ourselves. The staff were friendly and helpful. There are several nice restaurants a relatively short drive away.」

「Beautiful Borgo with views over Sienna and wonderful Tuscan countryside. In peak summer there is a family pool and adults only pool. The family pool was quiet and nice area to relax. About 20-30 mins to Siena we explored lots of lovely hill top places for dinner each night. Pool side dining was ok, club sandwiches that type of thing not extensive choice but adequate. 「Nice staff with very wonderful experience to check in」

「Here is good to have a vacation in Firenze. All of them are friendly. We are enjoying」

「Most staffs were very nice. But there was a receptionist who was very unhelpful and dismissive. THE MOST HORRIBLE thing was, after we left our negative experience at the hotel feedback system using the rooms tablet, that staff came knocking at the front of our room at 9 pm confronting us with very intimidating and rude language. We tried to request to see a manager or at least other staffs. But our request was responded like NO ONE will help you. So we went for help in the restaurant. The...
