「Room bathroom was very dirty. There was mold on the shower floor which I was grossed out about. Construction equipment was on the beach not pretty to look at. 」

「Very walkable location and grocery store within the resort is very convenient. Excursion available right from the resort docks. Restaurants on site were very good. Breakfast buffest was plentiful. Very family friendly.」

「Poolside chairs and amenities were very nice, very nice view. Great location. It's the small things that didn't make it a 4 or 5 star. Staff was mediocre - front desk check in not so friendly, The wifi was terrible in room, our A/C setting didn't work and they made it our responsibility to followup with maintenance, cleaning staff didn't fill up toiletries, and even when proctively asked for later check out, said had to check the day of and then said our room was given out.」

「Potential guests need to know that this is not an accessible hotel. There is a full set of stairs leading to the lobby. Stairway leading to rooms is steep and narrow. There were spider webs in the room. Staff did not remove them during our stay. We asked for an additional blanket, but it was stained and smelled. I paid a non-refundable $3 fee for a beach towel. The Seaview pina colada bar along the boardwalk used watered-down alcohol. The drink I ordered was in a cored pineapple, but the...

「Very clean room. Lovely beach view. Quiet. Access to 5 beach restaurants, complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. Loved our stay」

「Staff was very unfriendly. NO service at all and waiters were pretending most of the time that they didn't hear you every time you were asking for smth.....like utensils that were not on the table most of the time. Very disorganized when it comes to the restaurants all over the resort.」

「While the hotel could use a bit of an update the staff, food and beach more than made up for it. The property was just the right size for us to feel safe for our teenagers to move around by themselves. The beach is one of the most beautiful on the island.」

「It’s a MOTEL not a HOTEL, if you are looking for somewhere to rest and have your baggages secured, this place would be ideal. It’s located directly in the town, within less than 2 minutes to the beach, About 6 minutes from front street, back street, boardwalk and restaurants. There was not safety concerns. The images are very accurate. Our room (kitchenette studio) was clean and the appliances were functional, beware there is no microwave. There was parking and the staff were attentive. 」
