“We had a lovely stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming. Highly recommend!”

“We were booked in a one bedroom suite. Our room was on the fourth floor facing the very busy street. When we went to sleep it was unbelievably noisy. Almost like there was no wall or window between us and the VERY busy street in front of the hotel. The next morning we got moved to the first floor suite which also faced the same road. The room was way better insulated from the noise, almost background noise. Staff and facility (except for the. 4th floor suite) were great. If we stay again we……

“If this place offers breakfast, why were other guests hanging out and cooking breakfast outside my window? This place has the worst breakfast I’ve seen, dollar store pastries and not much else. The refrigerator door sticks open where the yogurts are kept and they were all spoiled. What you’d expect otherwise.”

“Everything was great. Breakfast was ample and had a nice variety of ifems My only negative was the fact that the desk clerk gave the room number out loud. Not only to me but to the previous guest. I have traveled as a single women on many business trips and would have requested another room and only a written number on the key envelope. Luckily both the previous quest (who I did not know) and myself were with our husbands. I was also not thrilled at a trip jar in the breakfast room. ”

“Todo estuvo fatal , desde que entras en olor a alfombra sucias es evidente . Las habitaciones tiene hongo y las sábanas se ven desgastadas y manchadas.Los muebles del lobby se veían de la misma manera . Fuimos en un viaje familiar con niños y personas asmáticas. Nos tuvimo que ir al otro día de nuestra reserva por que habíamos llegado muy tarde para irnos el mismo día. En la página decía que tenia cuna para bebés, si embargo llegamos y no había nada y preguntamos y nos indicaron que no……

“We arrived late to the hotel on the final night of vacation and after just over an hour or so, learned that our son had passed away at home. We quickly got our things together and prepared to leave. The clerk was the first person we saw after receiving terrible news and they were very compassionate and kind in our pain and sorrow. I will never forget that.”

“When we arrived we had someone in our room that was not supposed to be there. They had smoked weed. Someone from the hotel had allowed this person with a jar of weed into the room. Really a disappointment.”
