“This hotel is a magical oasis on Playa Shalpa, a beautiful and secluded black-sand beach. The hotel has a lovely pool that my family and I loved swimming in every day. The staff was kind and accommodating. The food was excellent. We did not want to leave. We miss waking up every morning to hearing the waves.”

“Check in was easy and quick. Property is beautiful and very aesthetic, food was a little on the higher price side compared to prices in El Salvador. The pool looked nice. HOWEVER, my understanding was the resort was on the beach and it was not. That was kind of disappointing. At check out they make you wait until they check the room, that was a little annoying since I had to run to an appointment an hour away.”

“THIS PLACE WAS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Leaving was the hardest part of our trip!I honestly don't think there's a better ocean view in El Salvador. Waking up to that breathtaking scenery felt like a little piece of paradise. The staff prepared a delicious traditional Salvadorian breakfast for us. Everyone was incredibly sweet, and their warm hospitality made our stay even more memorable. The entire property was incredible, and the host was always responsive, kind, and helpful. “Loved the ambiance and the feel of a small community of guests. very homely feel. quiet place to relax. shared spaces are a new concept here in ael Salvador, but the guests are still warming up to it. It would help to have a large trash bin available to toss our small bags accumulation of trash...there weren't any .I had to message the property manager. not a major problem.”
