「Upon entering the young lady at the desk was friendly and accomodating. It was obvious on the first floor that a remodel was in process but arriving on the 4th floor it was obvious the remodel had been completed. The hallway bright and sharp looking with new carpet. This was the fifth hotel we have stayed at in the past two months attending our grandson's high...

Teenager slept on the extra pullout couch in the living room which was perfect because it was out of the way & didn’t really affect the actual living space. We left the bed pulled out most of the time & it wasn’t too bad getting around it. Mattresses were a bit uncomfortable for an extended stay. We were all a bit sore & craving our own beds by night 5.
Amenities were great. I took extra washcloths because other reviews...

「DO NOT STAY HERE!
When we arrived in our room we checked the bed for bed bugs and found what looked like dog crap under the mattress!!! It was late and unable to get a room at another hotel since it was the busy week of the Tulip Festival so we got a different room at this same hotel. We got the key to a different room and when we opened the door we found that this room was occupied! We immediately closed the door and returned to the front desk. What a big security violation that was to give...
