“Literally located steps from just about everything you need and not far from places you want to see. This two bedroom, one bath apartment has been newly renovated and was very clean. It was on the smallish side but it is NYC after all. Check in/check out was very easy; host always responded quickly. One bedroom had full/queen bed with a good sized closet. The other bedroom had a full/twin bunk bed but no closet or clothing storage; one of my few suggestions would be to add hooks or a dresser.……

“Everything was as advertised, clean and very spacious. Very good location, walking distance from many things. There were several subway station super close, we rode those during the day (until about 8pm) then took Ubers at night. I felt safe and the whole family had a great time!!”

“What we booked is not what we got. From the beginning, there was either a lack of communication or straight up miscommunication with the host. We were given 3 addresses before being given one that didn’t match our booking at all. The host contact information was incorrect and it wasn’t until we were on the phone with support for an hour before we got in contact with someone. “Property is in a typical NYC walk up building. Clean and basic accommodations to sleep for tourists with a busy schedules. The one drawback is the location of the apartment is almost to 11th ave which is not convenient for public transportation and the walk was a bit much for my elderly father. ”

“Booking with Lyuda was smooth. Check-in was no problem (although there were several lock boxes, so had to try a few until we got our key). The location cannot be beat. The apartment is surprisingly quiet, yet steps away from restaurants, shops, metro, etc. Beds were comfortable. Don’t count on too much extra space, but this is what we expected for NYC. Would book again!”

“The apartment was as listed, typical small NYC apartment. For the price, you get a pretty good location and an easily accessible space. Communication was great and the renters very friendly and helpful. The front room is VERY noisy and the street seems to attract late-night partiers. But I like NYC noise so didn’t bother our family much. It is not luxury- you would pay a LOT more for that around this area. But if you’re only sleeping there, like we were, it totally works.”

“We had a fabulous time exploring NYC. This little apartment was in the perfect location, a few blocks from Grand Central station which made taking the subway anywhere a breeze. The apartment was great, perfect for 2 people. We had a little mixup about keys but it was a minor snag. The apt isn’t high end but it has everything you need, it was quiet and in a great location”

“Very clean, comfortable, and well appointed! My family and I slept well and enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the well-stocked coffee selection and beautiful glass mugs. There was also a convenient spot in the building to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout, so we could stay out a bit longer on our last day before returning to pick up the luggage.
