“This by far was my favorite placed we stayed in Switzerland. Kandersteg is a gorgeous town and the hotel was so cute. We had the best view from our room. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious and had lots of options. I cannot say enough positive things about this location. Absolutely loved it!”

“Nous avons passé seulement une nuitée, mais nous avons apprécié l’hôtel (la chambre était très bien, équipée correctement, très confortable et propre). “Historic wooden hotel that's on UNESCO list. I loved seeing how people lived, even though it meant going to third floor on an old wooden staircase. The rooms are so interesting, with a side room with a third bed reachable by a secret staircase. The food cooked at the restaurant was so good, traditional Swiss food. Very friendly staff, dressed in traditional folklore dresses.”

“We stayed on the top floor with our guest from home country, Japan. We had some concerns about bed bugs based on past reviews, but we didn’t see any signs and had great time with fantastic view. Some tips: there is no elevator and no dedicated parking place.”

“我們三位成人住家庭房，有一張雙人床，兩張雙人壘床，可住六人。家人房位置在大路傍，打開窗便是街道，缺乏私穩。浴室空間也有限。此外，一齊都滿意，免費泊車，早歺好味，員工服務親切。”

“There was a little confusion about checking in. We arrive late and the staff already left for the date. Our Apartment was in the separate building away from the main building. There was no elevator in that building. The staff was nice enough to come back and carry the suitcase for us since we live on the top floor of the building with no elevator. The room is huge and clean. ”

“We booked a family room for four for one night and had a very pleasant stay. Room and toilet was very clean & most importantly the view from our room was the main attraction! Check in was easy as well, parking was free, breakfast was yummy and homey. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with no complaints! It's also a good mid point for Interlaken and Grindewald ”
