By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. "Beautiful brand new hotel that is directly across from the main train platforms. Super convenient for exploring the area. Also the breakfast included with our stay was the best free hotel breakfast of our entire trip. Great selection and fantastic cappuccino’s."

"Overall very positive experience, reception staff were very attentive and went out of the way to accommodate our earlier check-in. The room was really nice and clean, and we ended up staying in the hotel which was a bonus! Breakfast staff, particularly on Sunday morning, unfortunately did let the staff down, as they came across quite rude and unfriendly. "

"I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location was perfect. Looking at the mountains and snow falling every morning and evening was a dream. Easy access to restaurants, COOP grocery store and equipment rentals. Train is a 10 minute walk to get to the lifts and main skiing areas. The staff is amazing at Hotel Spinne, they were helpful and friendly. It was raining one of the evenings we were going out and they had umbrellas to use for guests. We also were leaving in the morning before breakfast was served and they offered to prepare us a breakfast to be delivered to our room the night before. When i tell you we could not have been more grateful for that as we had a 5hr travel ahead of us with tight train connections. Truly above and beyond hotel. Highly recommend and I will definitely stay here again. "

"There was some sort of daily service but the room wasn't vacuumed and towels not changed for the entiredurationof our stay. It seemd the room attendant would just empty bins and tidy up the room. Water bottle was replenished only on the second day, however there always was a jug with water in the corridor so it wasn't a problem for us. "
