“Wonderful stay”

“It was pet friendly which was nice. The room had a strong musty smell. The shower leaked so I had to put a towel down to muffle the sound so we could sleep. I did share with the girl at the desk.”

“If you love historical architecture, you'll love this hotel! Beautiful! The price was also very fair!”

“Person checking us in was difficult to understand. Difficult to get the card to open door. Carpet in room badly needed cleaning, many stains. Bathroom had 1 roll of toilet paper empty, with the cardboard still on the dispenser, no roll to replace it, and second roll nearly gone.”

“Beds were comfortable and clean. Overall room was clean. Maintenance needed work. Door latch was broken and door didn’t lock, tub was peeling and took awhile for warm water to come to shower. Ran out of breakfast food and coffee! Of all things…coffee.”

“Nice room and staff. Sadly didn't realize 2 levels so we got upper floor and elevator. Husband very limited on walking, climbing so it was a challenge and I needed to carry out bags upstairs. Saw after the fact they do have a place on confirmation telling off this. I thought I had booked an ADA room but saw i didn't have that done either. Would like to see bkfast have option of hot items with protein, tried a cinnamon roll was excellent but not good choice for diabetic. We ate bkfast……

“Upside: bed/pillows comfortable; seemed clean on the bed side of room; quiet. Downside: bathroom with moldy grout, stained tub; rack above hanging bar broken and not in place; bit of a musty smell.”

“During my 2 wks biz trip, here is the best one I stayed with. Comfortable bed and pillow let me can sleep over night. Delicious and various breakfast made me impressed. There is a small suggestion that I did highly appreciated the staff came to pick us up in raining day, but my suitcase is broken due to it didn't be put well while we are in shuttle bus. Anyway, thanks for giving the great experience, although the surrounding is inconvenience this hotel will still an option to visit again in the……

“We did not end up staying at this hotel. We were booked into a handicapped room, which I specifically did not select and there was nothing else available. The hotel room that we were assigned smelled like stale urine and the toilet was broken. The public restroom next to the lobby was Out Of Order.
