“Stain on bed sheet pee and tissue in the toilet Room was also freezing cold and took hours to heat up. Curtains didn't meet in the middle. Water for shower wasn't hot at all Won't be staying there again. ”

“Check-in is at 2 pm and check-out already at 10 am, which would suggest that the room should at least be clean. Nothing could be further from the truth. Luckily, at least (and probably only) the bed linen in this room was washed and fresh — otherwise we would have done what other guests did and simply left. The carpet was dirty, and the only bedside lamp in the room was filthy and covered in cobwebs. A hole where the window handle should have been was stuffed with paper. The shower and sink……
