“Home less with a good makeover. The staff is very friendly and out of way to service you but the hotel not. Dirty floors, dirty bathroom (moldy walls), shower leak to outside and floor turn in to soap track on tile, I fell 3 times, ask for room exchange and was possible change or get them to fix it. They send guys to run water and show video that isn't water come out only if let the door open, but the problem is in the opposite side.
