“My husband and I along with our newborn recently stayed at chads place. We stayed for two nights and had an amaziing time spending a few days away from home. The cottage had everything you would need and more. Perfect location to downtown Bedford and Shawnee state park. My husband and I loved fishing right on the property and relaxing at the campfire at night! We can’t wait to plan our next trip and be able to utilize the bikes and kayaks! “We enjoyed this home during a long and rainy weekend! Every room was beautifully decorated and conveniently organized. We cooked a couple meals in the bright kitchen - absolutely everything you need is there! The fire pit area was lovely, and we were lucky enough to use it upon our arrival between the raindrops! Wood and lighter supplied, as well as additional chairs. Close to great hiking and, of course, Raystown Lake. Very comfortable beds, and throw blankets available in the living room……

“Beautiful property. Ony challenges were that the address was not provided in the check in email so had to reach out for that. And the listing indicated it had a pull-out bed which we needed for the second guest and the bed is not functional, so the second person had to sleep on the couch which was not great. But otherwise, a fine experience”

“We had a blast playing pickle ball, going for walks, and lounging at the house. The house and views are so beautiful! Very clean, spacious and comfortable. We are already planning to make another trip. The hose was very helpful and accommodating also!”
