“Cleanliness has room of improvement. There are ants in room and blood stain and hair were found in linen and towel. After telling the hotel staff, cleaning lady has made the room more tidy”

“We chose this property for it's location and it was perfect for being in the heart of the old city and close to what we wanted to do / see for our short stay in Funchal. We arrived on a late flight and reached the hotel about 1am (took the Aerobus for 5e it worked great). The man at the hotel reception was wonderful - kind and generous. The room was clean and basic. It's recently renovated / updated. Our only complaint is the area has several Poncha bars and it appears they are open all……
