“The hotel is perfect with location, Onsen, discounted gear rental and tasty dinner. The room is not too small for double. Breakfast variety could improve with some option of Japanese gohan or the likes. The public onsen is something you can’t miss. Staff are mostly westerners so if you don’t speak Japanese, it’s complete fine and they are super helpful and friendly.”

“I had a wonderful stay here, 4 nights in the summer was beautiful. If you are looking for somewhere peaceful, great location, stunning scenery, perfect weather definitely book here. Great restaurants close by, I would recommend a hire car for a day or two as there is so much to explore. Will definitely stay here again if I find myself back here. Would definitybe a lot of fun here through the winter too.”

“My partner and I had the most amazing time at Ember Lodge in Hakuba! The staff were so welcoming and the service was incredible. Mike and Leo organised a pick-up and drop off service for us. Breakfast cooked and served to us each morning with an option for a cooked dinner as well which was delicious. The location was perfect too, only an 5-10min walk to the ski lifts. Already looking to book another trip here!”
