“I stayed here previously last year but since then, standards of cleanliness and general upkeep seem to have fallen. In the bedroom, three of four pillows on the bed had brown marks on them; the dressing table chair had a long brown streaky stain on it (looked like 💩) and in the bathroom, there was no rubber seal on the bottom of the glass shower screen, so water poured out onto the floor when showering. “We booked this to stay months ago for my daughter’s graduation. Arrived at approximately 6:45pm with no one on the reception and no contact. Phoned the shared number and no answer so text to receive a response that they are not responsible for the property and to delete the number. Did not stay as had no access and had to search for last minute accommodation instead. Do not book as not what it is sold to be. Now waiting for the refund.”
