“The pool and the hot tub area were OK, only a couple pieces of equipment for the fitness room, breakfast was OK, but what really stood out was the hotel room itself. Very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Would definitely recommend”

“Long travel day with 3 kids. Arrived late. Booked on Expedia and messaged property ahead to let them know of arrival time. Front desk staff was horrendous and VERY put out by having to check me in (despite it being a 5 minute process). Reluctant to answer questions about breakfast and gym. Room was dirty and had a terrible smell. Tub had no plug and bathroom fan likely has mold. Morning staff member was VERY kind and pleasant, likely would’ve been a different experience had she checked us in……

“Easy to get to, for a 1 night pass though town.”

“It was very quiet, comfortable and appealing. But the room refrigerator and freezer stopped working. In my summer journey, that is what I depend on. But I would still return. Everything else was worth the stay.”

“Great location for Wall Drug (5 min walk), Badlands (Pinnacles entrance about 15 mins), easy on and off highway. Nice variety at breakfast, today cut up strawberries 😃, great trail mix, hard boiled eggs and more. Very limited seating. Gas stations close, DQ. My 1st room hadn't been cleaned, was fixed quickly with another room. Did has to get key reactivated day 2. Fortunately I was very near front desk so less of a problem. Wifi kept turning off periodically has to resign in several times. TV……

“Grungy”

“as i entered the propert i immediately was confronted with two sex workers, both of whom were being hired by two swarthy, dirty, and skittish men. these couples found their way down the hall, and i to the front desk attendant, who thought it best to give me a room right next to this group. I proceeded to my room, where there was no Wi-fi -- it was down for the entire property -- where I twiddled my thumbs.”
