“Hot tub was out of service”

“1) When we checked in we found an empty wine bottle in the clothes closet. 2) We had a 3 night stay. Our beds were not made after the first night. We requested that they be made every day . The beds were made the 2nd day & on the the 3rd day 1 bed was made the other was left unmade. 3) The toilet seat was very rickety. I weight 127 lbs & every time i sat on the seat it was off center & rocking 4)The pool water was so chlorinated that it was hard to breath in the enclosed pool area 5)……

“If you’re considering staying here, save yourself the trouble. The pool is “closed,” and judging by everything else, it’s probably never coming back. My kids were disappointed, to say the least. The pullout sofa bed — it was so bad I had the kids sleep in the main bed and I chose the floor, and the floor was the better option. The main bed wasn’t much better unless you enjoy springs poking you like tiny metal regrets.Breakfast? They don’t offer it anymore. Not even the oxygen-level “continental……

“I have regularly stayed at Hampton Inns and those have been good overall, so will chalk this one to a one off. We had someone enter our room without authorization the first night we were there. Explanation from the manager, Brian, was that the room was not supposed to be given to a guest and that front desk "forgot" and put us in the room. The rationale given was that the room was deep cleaned and saved for someone with feather allergies, though it was clear that the all the bedding in the room……
