「Billy Boy Retreat is a beautifully appointed home. We were there in March so the swimming pool wasn’t open but we enjoyed the patio with its plastic enclosure , hot tub, tv and fire table. Anything you could think of needing was available at this home. We also enjoyed a Saturday afternoon trip at the Coal Tipple brewery.」

「Cleanliness was outstanding! Coffee supplies and paper products were abundant. Furnishings are attractive and comfortable. The Welcome basket was a pleasant surprise. We were three generations, so the bedroom and bathroom on 1st floor was very helpful. Since my remembrance of the area is from the 1940’s and 50’s, when my grandmother lived there, it hurt my heart to see the decline of so many houses. 「This property was amazing! The grounds are very pretty and well maintained. The house was clean and has lots of character. The only area that maybe needed a wipe down was the refrigerator as there were lots of crumbs and sticky spots. The upstairs shower curtain also seemed like it needed to be changed. 「This property was terrible. We arrived to find the house filthy and all the beds unmade. Trash everywhere, food left out on counters, blood in one of the beds. We could not stay here and booked another hotel at 11:00 PM in Pittsburgh. I have never seen such a filthy vacation rental. 」
