「Arranged return airport pickup with hotel and Driver was late for pickup from airport (5 mins late) and hotel (15 mins late). Asked for a room change as the floor were full of painting work going on the receptionist on duty was supposed to get back after checking with room reservation dept but never got back. Overall the service provided by front desk was not pleasant at all. I stayed for five nights and the room was arranged in a noisy location wit construction site in front n painting work...

「雖然美其名是家飯店，但是很多東西不到位。像是整個房間包含廁所都沒有垃圾桶與袋子可裝垃圾，隔天直接在滾筒廁紙上放了一個沒打開的塑膠袋給房客，就這樣! 我們房裡的廁所玻璃上，竟然還有橫著一條施工用的木條，還沒移除! 設計也很有問題，睡覺時Wi-Fi機的藍光強度讓人睡不著，起來上廁所，玻璃透出的廁所光也會把正在睡覺的人亮醒，實在沒考慮過睡覺時場景的設計。最扯的是，沒有被套，枕頭套，完全就是裸露的，很扯，讓人覺的不舒服，沒被尊重。更扯的是我隔天為櫃台經理說你們都不給被套還有枕頭套的嗎？她竟然說應該是房務忘了，她會跟下面說，就直接給我們check out...

「Séjour de 6 nuits en couple. L’hôtel est très bien placé à 50m des arrets de bus dans une petite rue. Malgré la proximité d’une grande artère l’hôtel est très calme. RAS au niveau de l’hôtel tout était parfait. L’hôtel possède une piscine avec un petit bar sur le toit tres agréable.」

「很推薦這家飯店，很棒很新且乾淨舒適，人員和善很幫忙，也協助訂西西里島及GOZO 行程，住房費用合理，早餐好吃，在街道上的飯店總是人來人往，怕吵的人可以請飯店安排高樓層及靠邊間的房間，街角的AVENUE餐廳是同一家老闆，有住房可以有10%折扣，不收手續費及服務費，份量多且好吃，天天去吃海鮮真想念，這飯店環境好地理位置佳，下次有去馬爾它一定會再入住。」

「Malta is an exotic place for me. The hotel is located very near the airport, with about 15 minutes of walk. A taxi ride would be only 5 minutes. But directions are not clear and almost all the buildings were closed and looked all the same so it was rather difficult to find the place. The young attendant at the front desk was kind and polite. But his duty hours were between 6am and 3pm only. That means any one arriving after 3pm needs to follow the clues left on the door to open the gate and...

「My stay was amazing everything you needed was in your room i could mot fsult anything. The pool towels were very much a bonus My only complaint was the loud music from the hotel opposite which wemt on until about 9pm. Thefood in the resturant was amazing 」

「Instalaciones preciosas, la habitación amplia, cómoda y muy limpia. La terraza donde desayunamos nos encantó. El personal atento y detallista (las chicas que ponen el desayuno muy simpáticas y amables). El único pero para nosotros es el precio un poco caro.」

「newly renovated...clean n tidy...location is good but if u r driving....its almost impossible to find a parking space nearby in the evening. room is spacious but there r no refrigerator...no electric kettle...no table..no chair ....shower area no curtains if this room is for elderly or handicapped they should make a remark in the website.」
