「no air con, living in high floor the hot/cold water is not even may be due to water pressure. 」

「The bed is very comfortable. Is a highlight of the hotel. Also location wise is perfect for people travelling to the airport too. The only thing was the hot water either super hot or none. Is hard to adjust for the shower to a suitable temperature for a shower. 」

「The location is very convenient as it's just a 5 mins walk to the Liverpool Street Station with different dining and shopping choices. Staff at reception were really friendly and helpful and worth a 5-star rating. The room I took was budget friendly so it was relatively small but sufficient for a solo traveler. There were small dirt stains on towels and bedsheets but otherwise the room was clean」

「Hemos pasado un fin de semana largo en familia y ha sido maravilloso. La localización me parece perfecta, puedes ir caminando a Buckingham, Bigben, Picadilly, pasear por el Támesis y los puentes… También tienes muy buena conexión de metro, tanto para el aeropuerto, como para los estudios Warner, y muy buena conexión de autobuses para ir al centro o a la torre de Londres. Las opciones de desayuno y cena, nos han gustado mucho, y nos ha parecido especialmente maravilloso su personal. Celebramos...
