“Clean room, air conditioner didn't work consistently, staff was great, bars were great, the food was terrible to the point everyone was complaining. I stayed at this property 7 years ago and the food was good. The property is showing signs of wear and tear but it is an older property. ”

“The resort itself was clean, the beach was nice, and overall our trip was good. The buffets were not great, I’d recommend only sticking with the à la carte restaurants for dinner, the Chilli’s one especially. One of our friends got extremely sick and was out for an entire day which we are unsure what from. Aside from the food, the resort staff were quite ignorant and rude. Even though this resort is an “all inclusive” the staff expect tips for LITERALLY everything. If you don’t have money in……
