“Did not have a pet. The pool was not opened”

“We were greeted promptly with kindness. Everyone there was phenomenal! 10/10 recommend the in-house restaurant as well! Mixed drink, steak, and service were top notch!”

“There was a weird smell. Self serve breakfast was a little chaotic. I didn’t prefer the tile floors beyond the first level. I prefer carpet. It’s constantly changing. The bed sheets were also stuffy. ”

“Only 1 elevator works, no fridge in your room, only a single room of toilet paper in your bathroom/ no backup. ICE is only on the 1st floor. ”

“The staff was okay at check in. The girl held a conversation about Wendy’s with another worker an barely made any comments towards me about my stay. Went directly to the room and wanted to wash my hands and 2 out of the 3 hand towels had hair in them. The pillows are awful. The shower had very little water pressure and the shower head was not flush against the wall. We had to turn the ac down to about 66 to even get a little air moving. I’m not sure that we will be back, especially with the hair……
