「This was an outstanding stay....I was at a conference at Samford University, so this location was perfect for me. Tracey is an excellent employee, and I felt as if she goes "above and beyond" for all of her customers. There is also a gentleman who checked me in on Sunday night (cannot remember his name...sorry!!) who also went above and beyond for me....I needed to add two nights to my reservation, and not only was I able to stay in the same room, but he made this process a seamless one for...

「It’s not just this property, but all hotels’s cleanliness is sub par for some reason. Foot prints in the shower and had to get them to put more sheets on the bed because there was dried blood on the comforter. Staff was nice and apologized but subpar cleanliness has become the norm」

「Staff was very helpful. Hotel was conveniently located and was, generally, very peaceful. There were power issues our final morning that led to multiple instances of power going out and a fire alarm sounding each time it went on, though I don't think the hotel could reasonably be blamed for that. The gym is currently out of commission, but the pool was nice. Our room had a phone but there was no phone jack so it didn't work at all. We went to the front desk directly to get the additional towels...
