"I can confidently say that of all the hotels I've been to in my entire life, this was the worst hotel I've ever experienced, and I usually go to a lot of hotels. Very uncomfortable bed and mattress. The chair in the room was broken and it was even hard to find an electrical outlet to charge my cell phone."

"Our room was small but comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful. There was a private shuttle from the Port arranged by the staff. They also arranged a terrific guide for two days. We also took advantage of a Turkish Bath. The staff arranged a transport for free. The Turkish Bath is just we needed after a long cruise. "
