“Loved everything at the resort itself. Restaurants are great, drinks are good BUT they have a fly infestation that is worrisome. They are all over the buffet. They should somehow try and control the problem somehow. Rooms are clean, employees awesome just the flies on the food”

“Vale mucho la pena el hotel. La comida muy rica, muchas albercas con distintas actividades y para todos gustos. Nosotros en particular lo escojimos por la alberca para niños y valió la pena. Nuestro bebé festejó sus 2 años, disfrutó mucho las albercas.
El único pero que le pongo es que no haya sombrillas en la playa y que no elevador en la zona de cuartos, pero bueno, sirve para hacer ejercicio.”

“The internet is bad; it only works in the pool area. Breakfast is good but has limited options. The hotel's location is poor because the streets are terribly dirty, though it is close to the restaurant area. The room is great, with good air conditioning. The TV is very poor because it relies on the internet. The system for getting beach towels is complicated; losing one is a major issue. My grandson broke the room key card, and my daughter had to pay 400 pesos—I thought that was outrageous.”

“The pools were gorgeous, and the view from our balcony was gorgeous. If you don’t mind a 10-15 minute walk, you could get to Centro or the Zona Dorada; if not, Ubers and taxis are plentiful. The beach was very rocky; when we wanted to go in the ocean, we walked south in the beach to better places.”
