“The hotel is great for kids with the indoor/outdoor pool and game room but for the price you pay for it the actual room could be a little bit nicer. We weren’t in the room much so we didn’t mind but the bathroom was pretty dingy and the beds aren’t very comfortable at all. Reason we stayed was because it was close to where we were visiting and it was the only place available as we booked super last minute. But for the price you pay you are getting anything special that another hotel cant. offer.……

“There is an iPad that connects you with someone overseas to check in. The room smells like body odor and when I pulled the sheets back there was a feces stain, yes poop. You get what you pay for so if you want the cheapest be prepared to get just that. I will say to their credit they changed the sheets and the shower/toilets are remodeled and new. I would not bring children here.”

“Clean, nice AC, great bathroom but not the best beds. Quiet location for our room, nice pool area.”

“I stayed there a week. My only complaint is a massive one. The cleaning staff did not enter my room once to change out my garbage can bins, or change out my towels. I shouldn't have to contact the front desk for new towels or change out my trash bins. Mind boggling. It is obvious they are cutting corners in paying thr cleaning staff or they need to learn, this isn't India. It is the United States of America.”

“1)The fitness room was terrible. 4 pieces of cardio equipment-two treadmills, one bike and one elliptical and only one piece for weight training which by the way was broken 2) The dining room was very small 3)I don’t know if I will use Expedia or any other 3rd party going forward because I wanted to cancel one of my 4 nights and had no flexibility to do so.”
