"Went for my daughter's birthday weekend winter getaway. She wanted to go to an indoor water park. The entire hotel was cold, pool water freezing, the life guards wearing winter jackets and hats, and both hot tubs shut down. The resort and stay was a big disappointment. "

"We were totally impressed when pulling into the parking lot, loved the lodge look, then stepping into the lobby you could tell a lot of care and insight was put into the creation of this hotel. I was totally impressed with the cleanliness. The staff was all very friendly and caring. We will be back."
