“I am not a person that complains or leaves reviews but this one seemed warranted We chose Marriott because, we thought it would be a better standard of cleanliness. And I was truly shocked. There was a lot of bugs. There were bugs on the ceiling, under the bed, in the bed, the bathroom had hair everywhere in the shower and on the floor. The toilet seat had urine on it! wow! we looked at the first room, and I brought it up to the manager, they set us up with a second room. It appeared to be……

“This location is the BEST for downtown, right off the strip. Clean pool!! Upstairs rooms facing the road are the best. Beds and pillows comfortable. They have ROKU TV..if you don't know how to use it, it's hard to get going. Not alot of extra outlets in the room. No USB ports. My only complaint is the shower...we found black hairs in tub and the tub was not draining right. The shower was a little difficult to figure out. I would definitely stay here again..”

“Everything was disgusting. The bed sheets and comforters were covered in stains, the bathrooms were not cleaned well, the towels in our bathroom had rips in them, there was vomit on the carpeted floor in the hallway for hours, and the pool and hot tub were closed our entire stay with no explanation. The only decent thing about this hotel was the breakfast. Will never stay here again and would not recommend to anybody.”
