“Just not very good, reasonable price but not really budget or bargain, Great location next to the train, Great Western beach and Pub, Just not a very good hotel. The single room is tiny with a tiny bed and looks more like a student doss house. No air con, fan doesn't work, no lift to the 3rd floor.
Staff often not available at all, has a chintzy looking restaurant in the front but no idea what or if they serve, so many better places to eat, or stay for that matter.
Tired.”

“Gorgeous building inside.
Upon check in, we requested breakfast (thought it was included in price but it wasn’t). Reception didn’t ask which one of the 3 choices we wanted. Automatically applied the most expensive to our card. WiFi Intermittent signal. Always buffering on TV. Impossible to watch. Breakfast ok. Nothing to write home about. Wasn’t offered sauces when it arrived. Went for a cigarette at 3am but the front door fire exit was locked from inside. I’m 5ft with 2 frozen shoulders. Took……
