「This location was beautiful...we had the Friday on Main block party and Saturday Farmers market a drug store and a zillion restaurants and boutiques almost right outside the door. I am a walker and the walk to the museums, parks and river trails was very manageable. There are public restrooms and beautiful sights right in town. No need for a car rental. The restaurant in the hotel (The Roost) was excellent and very accommodating.」

「Upon arrival the elevators were not working. We had to carry luggage up 6 flights to our room. When we returned from dinner around 9 pm the elevators were still not working. The next day we were already ready for bed around 8:30 when the fire alarm caused the entire building to evacuate. I was not offered any accommodation for these interruptions to adequate service. I will not be willing to trust Hyatt hotels again.」

「The amenities of the Pool, are not what the pictures are. Pool is super small, like for Kids, and Pool deck area as well. Decided to not get in and just go walk instead of having a pool day. Location thou is great! highly recommended. Is right on the strip were you can walk any direction and is close to all the restaurants and the Heart of Downtown Greenville.」
