“The view and location of the hotel are great. It's rated as 3 star so we didn't expect otherwise. The room and bed were comfortable (we like firm beds, so unlike others, this worked for us). The staff at the front desk were respectful and helpful within the limits of their role. Room cleaning was offered each day but was limited in terms of what was done, mostly she would make the bed and tidy a bit. The floors were never thoroughly cleaned, we had some very visible coffee drip stains that made……

“I got the room I wanted, door had obviously been kicked in before and was badly repaired, showerhead only provided a dribble down the wall staff did try to remedy but I gave up and made due, breakfast was available next door but not until 10:30 am and only on random days, the pool was drained on my 3rd day , staff was great, manager looked at me like I was a criminal and sternly told me rules like I was an irresponsible teen, I'm 67, that said it was a nice quiet stay with a beautiful beach, I……

“The hotel was good, but the beach was unfortunately not. It had so much sea weed and looked dirty. Thank you to the welcoming hotel staff!”

“It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. ”
