「Great art piece as a hotel and a art gallery. I had the onsen room with balcony. It was spacious and view was amazing. Definitely coming back in winter. But one suggestion to the hotel is the onsen is truly hot and there is only one small bucket. It was summer and it took one hour to adjust the water to a bearable temperature. It would be amazing if they do have a hose so I can speed up the cooling. I would have use the onsen once more in the very nice morning. overall highly recommend and...

「The most beautiful and relaxing ryokan. We had a very wonderful experience and stay at this place. Staff were very attentive, helpful and professional service provided. They took care of everything from the time we drove into the parking until we left, without needing us to ask or worry. Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were immaculately presented and tasty. Everything was well organized and we were well taken care of. Thank you to all the staff. Highly recommend this place!」
